Improve Filing Type dropdowns

• Should be sorted. I thought they would be coming from the API endpoint, but if not, should be easy to sort them here
• Remove the code from the User interface
• Figure out why there are duplicates and remove them. Likely the API isn't being given enough information to filter everything down.
