• Browser Control centers the permission guide after the settings dialog enters, keeps the full spotlight visible, and returns to the top after authorization. Reduced-motion mode positions it immediately.
• Activity group labels and colors follow the latest or terminal outcome. Recovered and completed groups use the success tone; failed steps remain visible in details.

Changed

• The Sources card uses one edge-to-edge hover surface with reversible motion and a subtle icon lift. Its popover opens directly into source items without a repeated heading.
• Browser ref guidance, schemas, and runtime tests match the implemented lifecycle: refs survive snapshots and ordinary DOM updates while the same target stays visible and unchanged.

Performance

• AgentHost loads browser tools and provider-specific model runtimes when a task needs them, reducing the initial offscreen entry from 629 kB to 361 kB.
• Release verification enforces a 500 kB initial-entry budget for AgentHost and the side panel.

Documentation

• README adds lossless product screenshots for the idle side panel, completed tasks, and site skills.
