New

  • Added “Dynamic Panel Mode”, making the taskbar grow and shrink to fit its contents, with an adjustable maximum length.
  • Added “Floating Panel Mode”, leaving a small gap between the taskbar and screen edge.
  • Added adjustable corner rounding for dynamic and floating taskbars.
  • Added a “Floating Dock” switch to turn floating on or off for both standard and full-width Docks.
  • Added “Limit Reveal to Taskbar Edge”, so reaching an empty section of the screen edge does not reveal a hidden dynamic or floating taskbar.
  • Added “Reveal in Overview” to choose whether an auto-hidden taskbar or Dock appears when opening the Overview.
  • Added a choice to place the Start button in the panel or Dock in Default GNOME Panel mode.
  • Added “Open All” to Start menu folders, also available with middle-click. Apps already running are skipped.
  • Added a custom Overview shortcut to use instead of Super+Tab when Super opens the Start menu.
  • Added application volume above 100 percent when GNOME over-amplification is enabled.

Improved

  • Dock reveal mode, reveal delay, hide delay, activation pressure and fullscreen reveal can now be adjusted independently of the taskbar.
  • Moved pointer reveal and timing controls into “Intellihide Options”.
  • Grouped taskbar and Dock size settings into Thickness and Layout sections.
  • Updated the Show Desktop button to follow rounded panel corners.
  • Made the clock highlight match other panel buttons, with spacing at the panel ends.
  • Updated translations.

Fixed

  • Fixed taskbar thickness not updating after changing icon edge padding.
  • Fixed extra Quick Settings icons appearing to the right of other icons instead of stacking vertically on vertical panels.
  • Fixed “Taskbar Settings” in the panel menu opening the wrong settings page.
  • Fixed running indicator spacing being applied to the Default GNOME Panel when running window buttons are turned off.
  • Fixed delays restoring panel item positions after another extension moves them.
  • Fixed the Start menu and power options immediately closing after fast touchpad clicks.
  • Fixed importing a settings profile overwriting the original Super key setting that is restored when the extension is disabled.
  • Fixed the Dock’s horizontal and vertical layout profiles changing the main panel’s clock and thickness settings instead of keeping them separate from the Dock’s appearance.
  • Fixed switching between horizontal and vertical taskbars resetting the Dock’s corner radius, maximum length and other settings.
  • Fixed window previews staying open after moving over and away from them while holding a mouse button, then releasing it.
  • Fixed start menu hover and focus not updating with match thickness to icon size enabled on taskbar.
