Use best_medical_multitask_model.pt if you only need the model's learned parameters and are managing the model architecture and class labels separately.

Use BiomedNLP_drug_prediction_model_full.pt when you want a single, comprehensive file that bundles everything needed to deploy and use your model, making it more portable and self-contained. This is generally recommended for deployment and sharing.
