DOCS-15 - Add redirect for "sumo-logic-ui-new"

Purpose of this pull request

This pull request adds a redirect from the old URL or the "New UI" tour article to the new URL. This is so that people who bookmarked the old URL will be redirected to the new one.

• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
