@EpicKnarvik97 EpicKnarvik97 released this 26 Apr 15:55
701cdd8

This update adds various improvements to the overall experience, such as:

  • Colored messages with prefix to improve readability
  • Tab-complete filtering to make finding the correct value much more delightful
  • Tab-completions for all arena properties
  • Improvements for handling of players leaving in the middle of an arena session. They should no longer be trapped in the arena, even if the server restarts or crashes while the player is away.

The parkour update

@EpicKnarvik97 EpicKnarvik97 released this 17 Apr 11:38

A horrific amount of code has been changed to change the plugin into a multi mini-games plugin. This version is not compatible with the previous dropper plugin.
A parkour mini-game has been added, and the plugin is now much more configurable.

This update adds a bunch of configuration options.

Group record placeholders

Choose a tag to compare

@EpicKnarvik97 EpicKnarvik97 released this 07 Apr 13:58

This update adds a proper implementation of dropper-group placeholders, allowing the display of a shared leader-board for all arenas in a group. This update probably fixes some bugs as well.
Note that existing records can most definitely not be loaded anymore, so you need to either clear existing records for each arena, or clear the entire Dropper folder.

Probably feature-complete

@EpicKnarvik97 EpicKnarvik97 released this 06 Apr 22:26

The plugin should be feature-complete now, though there may exist unknown bugs.

Working, but not entirely complete

Pre-release

Choose a tag to compare

@EpicKnarvik97 EpicKnarvik97 released this 31 Mar 16:52
fb6550a

This release is mostly finished. The main thing missing is the ability to display records. Other than this, there are a lot of possible improvement regarding messaging and similar.

Note: A bug was found in this release which causes a NullPointerException if one tries to edit an arena immediately after creation. To avoid the exception, use /dreload after creating a new arena, before trying to change any settings.

Working, but incomplete second test release

@EpicKnarvik97 EpicKnarvik97 released this 26 Mar 16:09

A lot has changed since the first pre-release. The only missing command right now is the edit command.
Stages and completed arenas are still not stored, so stages still don't work.
Records are basically finished, except there is no way to actually display records. Players will get a message if they beat their own, or everyone else's record for an arena.
Players are put into a kind of fly mode, where upwards flying is blocked, which majorly improves mobility horizontally.
Block hit detection is much better, though it kind of hits a bit earlier than one might expect. If the hit detection is done later, the small stun received when falling on a block kills all movement in the x and y directions.
