Fixes the Obsidian Community directory review of the plugin description.

  • Removes the redundant word Obsidian from the directory description.
  • Adds required terminal punctuation.
  • No reader behavior, PDF support, user data, or interface-language behavior changed.

This release includes the dedicated ZIP and the individual main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css assets required by the Obsidian community installer.
