This release moves away from the old "addon" style to the new "extension" style of packaging, and offloads most of the build process in build_release to Blender.

Added a check for the right "version" in bl_info when you run build_release.py. I always forget to set that, so now it'll be obnoxious and only build "latest" builds until I rectify it. If you don't tag, or you don't tag in X.X.X or vX.X.X formats, nothing should change.

I've also upped the "blender" version in bl_info up to (3, 4, 0), since I've been basing and testing most of my projects on 3.4 and up lately.
