v0.2.0 — fix release (three reproduced defects + release hygiene).

• llama.cpp probe retarget: the v0.1.0 vendored patch was byte-corrupt (git apply: corrupt patch at line 63), contained ill-formed C++, and targeted a file that never existed in llama.cpp — patch-llamacpp always failed. The patch is now generated against common/ngram-cache.cpp at llama.cpp master 96ffdc41ceb055e1c2d3d96667ae6d9f0ccb710b and guarded by structural, apply, and compile tests.
• profile/bench --simulate no longer panics (rand: nil Zipf) at the documented alpha=1.0; alpha <= 1 now samples uniformly, and a rank-space off-by-one is fixed.
• README quickstart works: the missing examples/presentation.heat.log fixture is committed (with a .gitignore negation so it stays committed), report rendering repaired (attached percent labels, KiB-accurate table size), demo record regenerated from real output.
• Version surfaces completed and locked in step at 0.2.0 (CHANGELOG added, testable --version, lockstep test).

Full suite: 30 tests green (21 at v0.1.0). CI green at this tag.
