0.2.5 @ 2026/09/20
Bun Runtime 0.2.5.
Requires Android 13 (API 33) or later and AutoJs6 build 5278 or later. Bundles the unmodified official Bun 1.4.0 runtime for arm64-v8a and baseline x86_64 plus a small read-only supervisor helper per ABI; Android API 28-32 remains unsupported.
Run one JavaScript or TypeScript source snapshot with the standalone "bun"; directive. Execution uses bun run --no-install; AutoJs6 globals and a Java bridge are not available. stdout/stderr use bounded Binder callback chunks. Timeouts, cancellation and output limits terminate the Bun child through the supervisor, and runtime error summaries are localized in ten languages.
Multi-file projects: the shared contract now accepts a bounded ZIP workspace archive (workspaceArchiveVersion, workspaceEntryPoint, capability SUPPORTS_WORKSPACE_ARCHIVE) and the plugin expands it into the private per-run workspace so relative imports resolve. The AutoJs6 side that packs a project.json/package.json directory is not part of a released AutoJs6 yet, so released hosts still send single files.
Host info snapshot: the shared contract adds the read-only capability SUPPORTS_HOST_INFO. When a host sends hostInfoVersion = 1 together with its own package name, the plugin checks that package against the calling UID, resolves the host version through PackageManager and writes a bounded single-line JSON snapshot of host, plugin and execution facts that the script reads through the AUTOJS6_HOST_INFO_FILE environment variable; request environment names starting with AUTOJS6_ are reserved. Hosts that do not offer the snapshot get exactly the previous behaviour, and released AutoJs6 builds do not offer it yet.
Dynamic capability bridge: the shared contract adds the capability SUPPORTS_HOST_CAPABILITY_BRIDGE. When a host hands over hostCapabilityBridgeVersion = 1, an IBunHostCapabilityBroker binder and the granted capability IDs, the plugin opens a per-run unix socket in its private cache directory (AUTOJS6_HOST_BRIDGE_SOCKET) and scripts call GET /v1/info and POST /v1/<capability> through fetch(url, { unix }); JSON is relayed uninterpreted with bounded request and result sizes, call count, concurrency and timeout, callbacks are accepted only from the host UID for that execution, and bridge errors (INVALID_REQUEST, NOT_GRANTED, UNKNOWN_CAPABILITY, PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE, TOO_MANY_REQUESTS, QUOTA_EXCEEDED, HOST_UNAVAILABLE, TIMEOUT, INTERNAL) appear only in the JSON replies. The first two host capabilities, ui.toast and device.info, exist in the AutoJs6 repository with per-capability switches in the plugin center, but released AutoJs6 builds do not offer the bridge yet.
All APKs pass 16 KB ZIP alignment and every ELF payload meets at least 16 KB PT_LOAD alignment. The Bun runtime and supervisor payloads are byte-identical to v0.2.2 and v0.2.3, whose signed arm64-v8a APKs passed the black-box acceptance on a Samsung SM-A566B (Android 16, 16 KB pages); the signed APKs of this Release were accepted on 4 KiB arm64-v8a devices (API 33 and 35) and an x86_64 API 33 AVD. The official native x86_64 runtime is still rejected on pages larger than 4 KiB.
The three signed APKs and their complete corresponding-source asset set are published separately in this same Release.

The repository's release verifier performed automated technical checks over APK-contained runtime hashes, source closure, archive identities, and GitHub's returned SHA-256 asset digests. This statement records technical verification and does not claim a legal opinion or approval.

All APKs pass 16 KB ZIP alignment and every ELF payload meets at least 16 KB PT_LOAD alignment. The signed arm64-v8a APK of this Release passed the black-box acceptance on a Samsung SM-A566B (Android 16, 16 KB pages) as a fresh install. The official native x86_64 runtime is still rejected on pages larger than 4 KiB.

0.2.2 @ 2026/09/15
Bun Runtime 0.2.2.

All APKs pass 16 KB ZIP alignment and every ELF payload meets at least 16 KB PT_LOAD alignment. Native arm64 16 KB execution passed the Binder suite on a Samsung SM-A566B (Android 16) with a development build of this plugin; signed-APK acceptance on 16 KB hardware was not repeated for this Release. The official native x86_64 runtime is still rejected on pages larger than 4 KiB.
The three signed APKs and their complete corresponding-source asset set are published separately in this same Release.

0.2.0 @ 2026/09/08
Bun Runtime 0.2.0.
Requires Android 13 (API 33) or later and AutoJs6 build 5278 or later. Bundles the unmodified official Bun 1.4.0 runtime for arm64-v8a and baseline x86_64; Android API 28-32 remains unsupported.
Run one JavaScript or TypeScript source snapshot with the standalone "bun"; directive. Execution uses bun run --no-install; relative project imports, AutoJs6 globals, and a Java bridge are not available. stdout/stderr use bounded Binder callback chunks.
All APKs pass 16 KB ZIP alignment and both ELF payloads meet at least 16 KB PT_LOAD alignment. General 16 KB execution support is unverified: the official native x86_64 runtime is rejected on pages larger than 4 KiB, and native arm64 has not been tested on 16 KB pages. The arm64 payload passed on a 16 KB x86_64 AVD through libndk_translation only.
The three signed APKs and their complete corresponding-source asset set are published separately in this same Release.
