Bulk-delete orphaned/superseded pages across en/api, en/ui, en/automation, en/service - redirect to superoffice-docs repo

Workshop decision (2026-08-17, #182 follow-up). Largest of the 5 follow-up issues — do last, after A/E/C/B establish the redirect pattern. Consider splitting into GitHub native sub-issues (precedent: #88's #241–#248 split) if one PR proves too large.

Scope — delete each, redirect to the matching file in the superoffice-docs repo (parts-bin), single-hop:

• en/api/rows, en/api/sql, en/api/osql, en/api/caching (top-level conceptual pages — confirmed NOT the nested security override pages, those are Issue E)
• en/api/web-extensions
• en/api/tutorials
• en/api/archive-providers/ Deep Dive pages only (9 files): architecture, interfaces, data-classes, scenarios, metadata, providers, extenders, joiners, base-and-helper-classes — rest of archive-providers (its reference/ subtree) stays, do not delete the whole folder
• en/api/lists/ en/api/lists/{entity,row,sql} — en/api/lists/services stays plus top-level index page , do not delete
• en/api/authentication/onsite
• en/api/reference/netserver, en/api/reference/web, en/api/reference/soap (these three are Prune superseded/orphaned API-related pages #182's own original scope, already closed there — relist here only as the actual execution ticket)
• en/api/tooltip (whole folder: index.md, create-tooltip-plugin.mdx, call-tooltip-service.mdx)
• en/ui/web-app minus pagebuilder/ (that piece is Issue C, different redirect target) DONE
• en/service/data-exchange (whole folder, incl. data-exchange/tutorials)
• en/api/plugins/document
• en/api/plugins/sentry (whole subfolder, incl. its 2 currently-wired how-to pages)
• en/automation/windows

Work:

1. Delete each path above.
2. Remove all corresponding nav entries from config/nav-en.json and any $ref'd files.
3. For each, add a single-hop redirect in config/redirects.json to the matching file/folder in the superoffice-docs repo — verify the source actually exists there before writing the redirect (some of this content predates the freeze and should have a direct counterpart; confirm rather than assume 1:1 paths).

Verify: tools/verify-nav-paths.py, mint broken-links, full mint validate.

Explicitly NOT in scope (confirmed deliberately untouched in the workshop): en/automation/crmscript/ (826 files, generated), en/database/tables/ (1235 files, generated), en/api/mdo-providers/reference/ and en/api/archive-providers/reference/ beyond the 9 Deep Dive pages above (generated, tracked under #149).

Note: the `en/ui/web-app` minus `pagebuilder/` line item in this issue's scope has already been done — folded into #279's PR (#284) per direct instruction, since #279's own body anticipated it landing in the same PR. That PR deletes the remaining 14 files and adds a wildcard redirect (`/en/ui/web-app/*` → the `superoffice-docs` repo).

When picking this issue up, skip the `en/ui/web-app` bullet — everything else in the scope list (en/api/*, en/automation/windows, en/service/data-exchange, etc.) is still outstanding.
