Replace the CLI, module, release assets, schema, integrations, documentation, and site branding with cmdshape. Add one-time cleanup for verified legacy installations, conflict-safe state migration, audit journaling, and retry-safe workspace conversion.
Use the cmdshape replay prefix in the find print0 fixture and assert migrated hook settings through decoded JSON so Windows path escaping does not affect the test.
Read redirected stdout and stderr while lifecycle commands run so Windows pipe buffers cannot deadlock large prompt output.
