Knowing which pane needs you

The attention chime is better at telling a working agent from a waiting one.
It now recognises sub-agents across harnesses rather than one fixed layout:
totals ("waiting for 2 background agents"), roster rows, parallel groups and
single inline agents are each judged on their own motion, so a roster listing
finished agents beside live ones counts only the live ones. Longer elapsed
times ("1h 2m") and narrow panes that clip the clock are handled too.
