added in v1.6.0. - NZISM docs (README + site): now document the verified control-ID citation
capability (bundled source-verified CID reference) added in v1.6.1.

- INSTALLATION.md, version strings, stats blocks, and all other per-skill
descriptions audited against current skill content — no further drift.
All 30 plugins at 1.6.2. Tests: 1,477 passing.
