v0.2 New menues and smoother state/scene transitions

• Added support for text colour in the speaker name text
• Added in game menu
• Remade the main menu to match the in game menu
• Scene pages can now silence/stop the music with a dummy music track
• Misc palette switching fixes
• Misc smoothing of transition between states and scene pages
• bTextbox = False will now properly hide the the textbox, but still print text if there is any
