Convert Malody maps to SIF JSON format

How to use

1. Build this project.
2. Extract the Malody .mcz format file as a .zip file.
3. For interactive mode,just run Malody2SIF.exe .
4. For commandline args mode, input Malody2SIF.exe (filename) <args> .
5. The output file will be create in the same directory, named as "(filename).json".

PS: Current version DONNOT support many special maps and the map customization.
