RoopBackBentou v0.1.1 Bug Fix Release

Fixed:

• Fixed an issue where the process could remain in the background after closing the application.
• Replaced Dispatcher.Invoke() with Dispatcher.BeginInvoke() in audio meter updates.
• Improved shutdown behavior for WASAPI monitoring.
