  • Generic lifecycle hooks have been added: user-configured commands run at startup and exit, with Git and project metadata passed via SWIVAL_* environment variables. Startup hooks run before memory and continue-here
    loading so they can hydrate .swival/ from remote storage; exit hooks run after all artifacts are written. Configurable via swival.toml or ~/.config/swival/config.toml.
  • Custom command arguments are now passed as a single string: !command a b c calls the script with $2="a b c" instead of spreading each word as a separate argv entry.
