First stable release of whatseerr: Seerr (Jellyseerr) "Media Available" notifications posted to a WhatsApp group.

Features

  • Seerr webhook (POST /webhook) protected by a Bearer secret; the Seerr Test button posts a test message to the group.
  • WhatsApp delivery through Baileys: poster with caption (title, requested seasons, short synopsis, requester), text-only fallback, French or English.
  • Pairing with a QR code in the logs or an 8-character pairing code; session kept in the /data volume, automatic reconnection.
  • Group discovery: groups of the account printed at startup and available at GET /groups.
  • Durable queue: notifications are stored before being acknowledged and retried while WhatsApp is down, including across restarts.
  • De-duplication: a media is announced once, even when Seerr sends one notification per request (HD + 4K, season by season).
  • Throttling between messages to limit the ban risk.
  • GET /readyz (WhatsApp state and queue size) and GET /healthz.
