Adds private-by-default inventory and policy coverage for Word save-through-XSLT configuration.

  • Detects enabled and disabled single-XML-save XSLT settings, anchors, standard external transform relationships, and local solution identifiers as aggregate-only evidence.
  • Reports save_through_xslt_inventory_changed; adds require_no_save_through_xslt (DFP069) and no_save_through_xslt_changes (DFP070).
  • Does not resolve, retrieve, parse, or execute transform targets, and does not expose targets, relationship IDs, solution identifiers, settings-part paths, or private fingerprints.
