Adds static, aggregate-only inventory of stored w:linkStyles template-style-update requests.

  • Records direct enabled/disabled settings without resolving, retrieving, or loading an attached template.
  • Does not open a document client, propagate styles, or assert client behavior.
  • Adds DFP075 to require no enabled requests and DFP076 to flag inventory changes.
  • Includes the matching DCAB 0.21 review fixture contract.
