DocFence 0.33 adds DFP079, an optional require_no_custom_xml_data candidate gate.

The gate reports an aggregate count when conventional customXml data or properties package parts are present, including data with no content-control binding. Public reports never include XML values, member paths, names, or fingerprints.

This release does not classify, remove, or rewrite custom XML, and it does not predict Word behavior. It gives handoff policies an explicit, low-disclosure boundary for stored conventional custom XML data.
