DocFence 0.61 corrects bounded OPC package-manifest coverage so ContentType values are compared ASCII case-insensitively, as OPC section 10.5.7.3 requires. The fix applies to ordinary parts, relationship parts, and Relationship Transform local-context validation; local part URI syntax remains exact.

Validation: 71 local tests; Python 3.11 and 3.13 CI; isolated build CI; public 29-document OOXML-signature corpus profiles unchanged from 0.60; DCAB adapter integration passed.
