DocFence 0.7 adds a dedicated privacy-safe inventory for external Word document dependencies.

  • Covers attached templates, master-document subdocuments, and frameset source files.
  • Adds candidate gate DFP025 and controlled-baseline change gate DFP026.
  • Validates conventional and Strict relationship types, direct anchors, and External target mode without retrieving any target.
  • Supports settings and web-settings parts linked from main or glossary documents, and keeps relationship-ID-only rewrites quiet.

Validation: 20 local regression tests, hosted CI on Python 3.11 and 3.13, independent byte-identical builds, package checks, a fresh-wheel install, and a compatibility smoke test against an independent real package with an attached-template relationship.

SHA256SUMS.txt contains hashes for the release wheel and source archive.
