Initial public release of the Document Change Assurance Benchmark.

  • 12 deterministic paired .docx/.docm static-review fixtures
  • target-free public truth and tool-neutral scoring
  • optional DocFence adapter with a strict 12/12 local score
  • independently reader-checked packages and hosted CI on Python 3.11–3.13

Safety boundary: fixture targets use example.invalid; macro and OLE payloads are inert marker bytes. The release does not execute code, resolve targets, update fields, or claim client runtime behavior.
