Adds the 32nd deterministic paired fixture: a stored w:linkStyles request changing from disabled to enabled.

  • Keeps the attached-template anchor, Settings relationship, relationship ID, synthetic target, package-member set, and stored text fixed.
  • Changes only word/settings.xml; no template is resolved, retrieved, or loaded, and no styles are propagated.
  • Adds target-free template_style_update_on_open_enabled evidence and a DocFence 0.31 adapter contract.
  • Retains fixture schema version 1 and updates the adapter CI pin to docfence@v0.31.0.
