DCAB 0.23 adds its thirty-fourth paired fixture: review.unbound_custom_xml_payload_changed.

Both sides preserve the conventional custom-XML data/properties topology, relationships, package-member set, and stored Word text. Only the synthetic customXml/item1.xml payload changes; the pair intentionally has no w:dataBinding marker.

The target-free oracle records only the boundary and does not publish or interpret XML values, assert that Word displays or uses the data, or model removal behavior. The optional DocFence adapter is pinned to public DocFence 0.33.0 and receives only aggregate evidence.
