DCAB 0.5.0

DCAB 0.5.0 adds import.alternative_format_html_payload_changed, a deterministic WordprocessingML pair where a stable w:altChunk anchor and internal afChunk relationship retain their shape while only the inert HTML payload changes.

The 16-case corpus keeps public truth target- and payload-free, preserves fixture schema version 1, and validates the internal relationship, content type, payload-member boundary, and stable stored Word text. The builder, verifier, scorer, and adapter never parse or import the HTML.

Validation: 12 local tests including the adapter; hosted CI passed on Python 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13; clean wheel and sdist installs validate the bundled corpus.
