DCAB v0.6.0 adds external.mail_merge_data_source_target_retargeted, a deterministic paired WordprocessingML case for a fixed w:mailMerge / w:dataSource anchor whose external mailMergeSource relationship target changes.

The pair keeps package membership, settings markup, relationship ID, and stored Word text fixed; only word/_rels/settings.xml.rels differs. Its public oracle remains target-free.

Verified locally and in hosted CI on Python 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13, including a clean DocFence adapter installation. Fresh wheel and source-distribution installs validate all 17 bundled cases.
