FormulaFence 0.216.0 adds FF114, a medium-severity workbook-level safeguard for direct external A1 references in COUNTBLANK, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, SUMIF, and SUMIFS. Excel documents a value error when the source workbook is closed.

The rule is deliberately bounded: it reports aggregate counts only, never source paths, workbook names, sheets, addresses, formulas, or values. A saved value-error result remains an independent FF109 observation.

Validation: 1,542 tests passed; lint, compilation, artifact metadata, and clean wheel/sdist installation checks passed. The release note and documentation include aggregate-only SpreadsheetBench evidence across 5,464 public workbook artifacts.
