Safe external-data source-change evidence

  • FF023 now identifies the changed class of source material for stable, uniquely identified connections without exposing a URL, connection string, command, parameter, SSO identifier, or private digest.
  • Adds safe categories including web_query_url, web_query_request, database, OLAP, text-import, source-file, connection-file, parameter-binding, and SSO classes.
  • Categories are deliberately withheld when connection identities are added, removed, duplicated, or renumbered; the existing broad private source-configuration signal remains.
  • Verified with WCAB 0.37.0: all 55 mappable facts and all three coverage declarations matched in strict mode.

Validation: 1,591 tests passed; lint, compile checks, fresh wheel/source installs, redaction checks, and GitHub Actions CI passed.
