Adds a deterministic legacy shared-workbook revision-history benchmark.

  • The only changed archive member is xl/revisions/revisionLog1.xml.
  • One synthetic historic value changes inside a relationship-backed revision log while the workbook-to-header-to-log graph, content types, tracking and retention controls, revision-record shape, ordinary cells and formulas, and calculation properties remain fixed.
  • The raw validator checks bounded local OOXML only. It does not expose historic values, cell locations, author data, timestamps, GUIDs, or relationship IDs; prove provenance, identity, conflict resolution, review, or approval; authenticate or authorize anyone; or claim workflow or client behavior.
  • The FormulaFence adapter requires high shared_workbook_revisions_changed / FF062 evidence with a redacted equal-count one-header/one-log profile and a revision_log_material_changed signal.

WCAB 0.41.0 includes 58 cases, 60 observable facts, and 273 tests.
