Sensitivity-label metadata benchmark

  • Adds a deterministic standards-form Office sensitivity-label metadata pair.
  • The only raw difference is one private MIP custom-property value; LabelInfo, relationships, formulas, and every other package member remain fixed.
  • Adds a safe count-only truth contract, bounded raw validator, corruption tests, and exact FormulaFence FF118 adapter evidence.

Public truth never exposes label identifiers or names, action/site IDs, timestamps, property names or values, LabelInfo XML, relationship IDs, or targets. This benchmark records stored metadata only; it does not resolve labels, evaluate policy, infer permissions or access, or claim Office or storage-service enforcement.
