FactGraph 0.4.0rc1 is the verified prerelease from the consolidated main at bb805b4f109ead85a9a2bfc1a51e23ae481711fd. The stable release remains 0.3.0.

• The development, old-main and storage-hardening histories are retained through PR #24, including PR #23. See repository history.
• Python 3.10 and 3.11 each pass 4,398 tests / 29 skips and 228 protocol tests. Complete distribution checks, repeated builds, sdist rebuild and installed-wheel golden parity pass.
• Against frozen Meander 07f782f, the retained wheel and this candidate each pass 1,100 installed API tests / 3 identical skips and 73 artifact/delivery tests. The skips are two live OpenAI probes and one missing-OTel negative case with OTel installed. No new live-provider or browser UI acceptance is claimed.
• All 310 runtime files match Meander's retained rc3 wheel. Shared Meander UI, dependency pins and environments remain unchanged. Consumer acceptance ran independently because Meander is private; only the safe receipt is attached.
• These wheel/sdist files are the exact tag-workflow artifacts published to PyPI, verified again by download. manifest.json is the original build receipt; publication.json records completed publication. SHA256SUMS covers both distributions.

The original Meander rc3 wheel, manifest and checksums remain tracked in the compatibility backup. Old main is preserved as archive/main-before-2026-09-08. Existing version tags are unchanged.

The wheel, manifest.json and SHA256SUMS are the original files formerly backed
up in artifacts/compatibility/meander-main-07f782f/. No file was rebuilt,
renamed, reversioned or overwritten. The archive tag points to the original
producer; the source still declares version 0.2.0rc3.

This is a historical compatibility archive. Its original manifest retains
release_eligible=false. Archiving establishes no new package release,
PyPI publication, current-consumer compatibility acceptance or consumer
dependency update. GitHub marks this archive as a prerelease and not latest.

Download the three attachments into one directory and verify them before use:

shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS

Retain these exact asset bytes. A future candidate belongs to its own identity
and storage location. Consumer rollback restores the matching wheel and pins
from historical Meander 07f782f while preserving unrelated product work.

FactGraph 0.3.0

FactGraph 0.3.0 was originally published to PyPI on 2026-08-28. This GitHub Release restores the missing release record; it does not rebuild or replace those distributions.

• Original source: existing v0.3.0 tag at 5f8a78f403c79e72fa2037099e60d4b8ea7a5679.
• Wheel and sdist are the exact original PyPI bytes, verified against PyPI SHA256 metadata. See SHA256SUMS and provenance.json.
• This release includes the storage-hardening line. Current development continues on main; subsequent 0.4 prereleases are separate artifacts.
• Meander retains its separately pinned rc3 wheel. This historical record does not change that dependency.

This GitHub Release page was restored on 2026-09-08. Attached wheel and sdist are the original build outputs retained by the successful PyPI publisher (Actions artifact 7623648315). They were not rebuilt, relabeled or republished to PyPI. Original publisher run.

The old PyPI version endpoint currently returns 404; the successful original publishing record and its build files survive. This recovery preserves those files.
