First release of the source-generated Blueprint framework.

Compile-time CQRS pipeline generation replacing the legacy reflection-based runtime, with parity closed against Signature365's in-tree Blueprint and migration tooling (Blueprint.Codemod, Blueprint.Migration.Analyzers) for consumers moving across.

Packages are published to GitHub Packages. Marten support targets 6.4.2.
