v2.4.6 — Manifest canonical alignment

Source of Truth

Forge /api/mcp live introspection → 13 tools confirmed (no auth required).

Fixed

  • glama.json: 5 → 13 tools aligned with Forge /api/mcp live introspection
  • Removed phantom tools: delete_memory (not exposed by Forge), search_memory (DRIFT → search)
  • outputSchema added to all 13 tools in glama.json (was 0/13)
  • outputSchema upgraded from generic placeholders to code-verified specific schemas in smithery.yaml
  • annotations completed with openWorldHint on all tools
  • Corrected memory_feedback + neural_handover openWorldHint (true → false)
  • Removed hardcoded "Security Score 10/10" claim

  • Previous: 82/100
  • Expected: ~92-95/100 (pending Smithery re-index)
