Batch rows now display the worker last error summary instead of hiding it behind generic failures. Full worker details remain in the row tooltip and app log.

Verification:

  • python -m py_compile AlphaCut.py
  • pytest -q: 71 passed
  • packaged EXE smoke: --version and missing-input JSON failure path
