DeArrow

• Fixed broken sentence-case title formatter
• Cache TTL now enforced on reads (was serving stale entries forever)
• TTL=0 no longer silently caches for 24 hours
• Deduplicated in-flight API fetches for the same video
• Cache cleared properly on feature toggle off/on
• daShowOriginalHover setting now functional

• Fixed event listener leak — duplicated handlers on every panel open/close
