CallShield v1.7.37 brings the app to Simplified Chinese speakers and fixes installation of release downloads.

Simplified Chinese

A community zh-CN translation contributed by wj-on-git now ships in the app: 1,068 of 1,373 strings and 28 of 31 plurals, with zero format-specifier drift. Pick it from Android's per-app language settings. Anything still untranslated falls back to English string by string. Want another language? See issue #7 and docs/TRANSLATING.md.

Installable releases again

The APKs attached to v1.7.26 through v1.7.29 were built without any signature, so Android refused to install them (thanks to Malakay666 for the precise apksigner evidence in #19). This release is signed, verified with apksigner before upload, and installs normally.

One note on keys: the previous release key's credentials were lost in a machine rebuild, so v1.7.37 is signed with a new key. Fresh installs just work. If you still have a signed build from v1.7.12 or earlier installed, uninstall it first, then install this one.

Community spam database version 38, including a reported audiobook-course robocall number out of Xuzhou (#20).
