Hardened CSV exports against spreadsheet formula injection; fixed repeated support-bundle export collisions and empty-log diagnostics; clarified app/service version-mismatch errors in GUI and CLI; removed menu access-key markers from localized UI labels; made webhook start/dispose idempotent; guarded service timer lifecycles and fixed service-state ownership leaks in tests. Verification: build clean, package hygiene clean, visual smoke dark/light passed, release gate passed, full suite 930 tests passed.
