Phase 6 advance: inflation-adjusted damages (P6.5) and annual climatology chart (P6.8).

Inflation-adjusted damages (P6.5)

New Damage figures toggle in settings (Nominal / 2024 USD) backed by a baked-in BLS CPI-U table covering 1850-2024. Storm panel impacts now show the adjusted figure with the nominal value as a parenthetical hint. Season summary's costliest superlative ranks fairly across eras when 2024 USD is selected. Defaults to 2024 USD.

Annual climatology chart (P6.8)

New multi-line SVG chart in the stats panel showing yearly ACE, named-storm count (>=34kt peak), and US-landfall count from 1851 to present. Top 3 ACE seasons annotated with vertical guides. Computed once and cached for the session.

Phase 6 status

9 of 10 items complete. Only P6.10 (Lighthouse perf pass) remains, deferred to a later observational iteration.
