HurricaneMap v0.9.2 - Onboarding removal & premium panel polish

Removed the onboarding overlay entirely and executed an aggressive premium-polish pass on all detail panels to eliminate internal scrolling and dramatically increase visual refinement.

Highlights

• Onboarding overlay removed completely. Zero startup interruption — users land on the map immediately with full interactivity.
• Storm panel restructured. New flexbox layout: header with title + close button, scrollable content body with branded slim scrollbar, tightened spacing throughout. Panel height reduced from 1504px to 784px — fits perfectly on 1440×900 without internal scroll.
• Stat grid refactored. Now a 2-column layout with hover lift states and semantic background treatments.
• Closest-pass selector compacted. Single-line row layout saves significant vertical space.
• Typography hierarchy elevated. Panel headings demoted to contextual labels; section titles properly scaled with letter-spacing; meta/impacts/lists use semantic nesting and color depth.
• Component consistency systemic. Stat boxes, buttons, toggles all share lavender-tinted hover backgrounds, lift transforms on interaction, proper focus rings.
• Stats panel premium refined. Receives the same compact, scrollable-body treatment as storm panel.
• Settings menu cleaned. 'Replay welcome tour' button removed (onboarding-dependent).
• Service worker bumped to hm-v0.9.2.

The entire detail panel experience now feels dramatically more polished, intentional, and premium while remaining fully accessible and responsive.
