Drawer & Navigation

• Snappier drawer dismiss — 2.5x drag multiplier, no progress gate, no-bounce close animation
• Drawer settle on any overscroll (no minimum velocity required)

Settings

• Swipe-down-to-dismiss with drag handle (same pattern as app drawer)
• Faster exit animation (200ms slide + 100ms fade)
• Settings gear removed from home screen (access via long-press → Settings)

• New "Default" icon shape — shows native app icons without card background or clipping
• Clock/date text shadow for wallpaper readability (all 3 clock styles)
