OpenNetLimit v1.0.1

OpenNetLimit v1.0.1 preserves the full crossing-lanes logo exploration, records the approved app-icon direction, and keeps the prior social artwork in the repository. The five product screenshots were recaptured from the versioned desktop build on isolated Windows desktops. The GitHub social preview now carries the v1.0.1 footer without changing its approved composition.

The attached Windows x64 ZIP is self-contained. Compare it with the included SHA-256 checksum before installation.

The OpenNetLimit application binaries are not Authenticode-signed because no code-signing certificate was available. The bundled WinDivert driver retains its valid vendor signature.

Install

Download the ZIP and extract it to a permanent folder. Run ./Install-Service.ps1 from an Administrator PowerShell window, then launch OpenNetLimit.UI.exe.

OpenNetLimit includes the signed WinDivert driver. Security software may alert because WinDivert is a dual-use networking component. Review the driver trust guide in the package before allowing it on a managed PC.

The release executables are not Authenticode signed because a code-signing certificate was not available. Verify the ZIP with the attached SHA-256 checksum file.
