Highlights

  • Split the largest UI orchestration modules and added capability reachability, version consistency, and measured coverage release gates.

Verification

  • 763 tests and 42 subtests passed.
  • 51.93% measured coverage (47.5% required).
  • Two isolated, hash-locked Windows builds were byte-for-byte identical.
  • Frozen-artifact smoke passed for empty, migrated, and populated library fixtures.

The Windows EXE is a portable, unsigned build, consistent with StreamKeep project policy. Existing user data remains under %APPDATA%\StreamKeep.
