Fix

  • Prevents duplicate desktop launches from racing over the shared SQLite library during startup.
  • A second click now exits cleanly before persistent state opens instead of showing a misleading database is locked crash popup.
  • CLI and streamkeep:// protocol actions remain independent.

Verification

  • 765 tests passed.
  • 51.94% measured coverage (47.5% required).
  • Two isolated, hash-locked Windows builds were byte-for-byte identical.
  • Frozen-artifact smoke passed for empty, migrated, and populated libraries.
  • A separate hidden two-process frozen smoke verified duplicate exit code 0 with no crash log.

The Windows EXE is a portable, unsigned build, consistent with StreamKeep project policy. Existing user data remains under %APPDATA%\StreamKeep.
