StreamKeep v4.36.4 completes the production-mockup parity pass and introduces a unified application identity across every shipped surface.

Highlights

  • Rebuilt the Download workspace around a compact header and intake row, a dense responsive queue, grouped transfer controls, and a calm timestamped Activity pane.
  • Carried the refined typography, spacing, hierarchy, borders, and responsive density through Monitor, History, Analytics, Storage, and Settings.
  • Replaced the old cloud/filmstrip artwork with the new StreamKeep ribbon/download mark across the desktop PNG, multi-resolution Windows ICO, Flatpak asset, README, and browser companion.
  • Fixed a Qt6Gui.dll startup access violation by marshalling background transcript-index logging onto the Qt GUI thread.
  • Bumped the browser companion to 1.0.1 and made all icon derivatives reproducible from the checked-in master.

Verification

  • 765 tests and 42 subtests passed at 52.60% coverage.
  • Two isolated PyInstaller builds were byte-identical.
  • Hidden frozen-startup fixtures passed for empty, migrated, and populated profiles with no visible windows or unexpected process re-entry.
  • Packaged runtime: Python 3.12, SQLite 3.53.3, yt-dlp 2026.07.04, and yt-dlp-ejs 0.8.0.
