Highlights

• Rebuilt the compass and shelter identity from a tracked SVG source, including transparent app images, a seven-size Windows icon, a maskable PWA icon, and matching favicon.
• Replaced the long feature catalog with a practical product guide, honest offline boundaries, current setup steps, and screenshots captured from the packaged app.
• Added repeatable headless capture and social-card tools. The release pipeline now embeds Windows file metadata and produces both install formats.
• Migrated PDF handling from the retired PyPDF2 package to pypdf 6.17, then repaired stale browser routes and core accessibility failures.

Verification

• 2,672 Python tests and 69 JavaScript tests passed locally.
• Browser verification passed 76 default checks and 10 offline drills. A separate visual tour passed 85 routes across five themes.
• The installer completed a silent install, private-desktop startup, health check, OpenAPI check, packaged screenshot run, and uninstall.
• npm audit and pip-audit reported no known vulnerabilities.
