🚀 Major New Features

Backup Control: Added “Play,” “Pause,” and “Stop” buttons to manage jobs in progress, as well as the ability to run all jobs at once.
Performance: Introduction of parallelism in the backup service to speed up transfers.
Priority Management: New system for managing priority files and large files (gate/threshold).
Security & Business: Detection of “business” software to automatically pause backups and improved integration with CryptoSoft (instance and exception management).

Visibility: Added progress bars (with persistence) and a more comprehensive dashboard.
Navigation: New search bar (filtering by type), redesigned “Burger” menu, and addition of confirmation popups (particularly for deletion).
Settings: Added fields to configure priority extensions, maximum file size, and log mode.

Internationalization: Corrections to translations (French/English) and dynamic language management for alerts.
