Paint_C: A Tribute to Microsoft Paint 95

In honor of the classic Microsoft Paint, which is soon to be deprecated, Paint_C is a recreation of the beloved software using the Win32 API. This project aims to preserve the nostalgia and simplicity of Paint 95 while bringing it to modern systems.
